Mesh panel SHORT
Reduced-width panel — for tight passages and short runs of fencing.
Given the wide range of production options, the technical data quoted is indicative.
The SHORT mesh panel gives a full two metres of height on a 2195 mm width — the module for places where a 3.5 m panel simply will not fit.
The panel measures 2195 × 2025 mm and weighs 11.2 kg. What stands out are profiles heavier than on the standard variants: 40 mm vertical and 30 mm horizontal, with 3.2 mm wire in both directions. A shorter field on a stronger frame produces a panel markedly stiffer per unit of length.
Where the short module solves the problem
A site perimeter rarely divides evenly by 3.5 metres. What is left over are pinch points, approaches to a building, the space between a column and a wall, stretches along a narrow footway. Closing those with a full-length panel ends in overlapping panels or in a gap that anyone willing can walk through.
- closing the perimeter and leftover runs
- narrow passages and approaches to buildings
- fencing in dense settings, against walls and columns
- sites of irregular shape
Stronger frame, heavier transport
At 11.2 kg over 2.2 metres of width the panel weighs more per metre of fence than the standard variant. That is a deliberate trade-off: short panels usually go into the spots most exposed to knocks and repositioning, so the heavier frame earns its place there.
